In 2005 started A 10 year Caribbean Island Tour on A catamaran with his family, then was Blessed to a 13 country world Tour from 2013 -2016, After cutting A demo in a Nashville Recording Session with infamous Fred Vail At Treasure Isle Recorders and the A Team. Now in 2016 has been asked, and is Submitted to the Feb. 2017 Grammy Awards as an Independent Artist/Songwriter, as well as Performing, at the Grammy Week Soiree' party conducted for the Voters, Nominees, and past winners at the World Famous El Rey Theatre. This is a Red Carpet Exclusive event. While in Nashville Melekai Joe had the opportunity to perform at The Bluebird Cafe, Winners, Losers, Blue Bar, Bourbon St. and Many other Cool events, to also include the Independent Songwriters Festival. Now located in Ma. Melekai Joe is focused on writing and Recording New material in his Home studio during the week and on the weekends hosting Open Mics with Saturdays and Sundays supporting local new talents and musician's to get out into the public.
