We did not know each other and were more than 1,000 miles from our homes in Austin, TX & Big Sky, MT.  Both attending a workshop at the magical Esalen Institute near Big Sur, CA in January of 2017.   Brave enough to share our biggest ‘If  I could do anythings...’ with a stranger.   We became some fine friends and recorded our first songwriting demo just four months later at Congress House Studios in Austin, TX.
