Lyrics: Monday morning in December Time for school but I remembered Mama said that there might be snow My jammies inside and a spoon under my pillow I walked to window and I looked outside And I could not believe my eyes Snow day jump out of bed Snow day grab a sled Snow day wear your gloves and your hat and your scarf and your boots and your hood When your toes and fingers get too cold Come inside and drink hot cocoa Snow day We’re gonna build one big snowman With a carrot for a nose and twigs for hands And then we’ll have a snowball fight And then we’ll take our sleds and go for a ride And when it’s nighttime we’ll say “goodbye friends” But we’ll wake up and do it all again Snow day jump out of bed Snow day grab a sled Snow day wear your gloves and your hat and your scarf and your boots and your hood When your toes and fingers get too cold Come inside and drink hot cocoa Snow day
