I loved the story! It was very fun writing this song for Wendi and all the kids. Lyrics: one fantastic day in the countryside the circus came to town with lots of rides the children ran around chasing monkey and clowns and the elephants trumpeted a great big sound The lions gave a roar and it shook the floor People lined up to see them four by four all the Dancing bears waltzed in pairs The trapeze artists flew through the air everything was perfect and the music played on acrobats and gymnasts tumbled on the lawn The circus barker called "Come and See the Show for just one ticket see the man with 8 big toes" The fun was just beginning when a monster came by mean and nasty with 3 glowing eyes stomping and chomping and scaring everyone then a superhero showed up to bring back the fun CHORUS Wendi...saved the circus She told the monster very nicely and in fact very precisely that if he didn't stop she'd wrap him up in the big top Wendi...saved the circus she showed the monster how to play and with that Wendi saved the day! and that is Wendi who saved the circus So the monster started laughing and giving out rides all the kids were climbing on him flying through the sky The monster was so happy he could make amends being nice, not just once or twice...making new friends Wendi taught the monster to love and share and not to be a bully or fight and scare no one want to play with someone like you know everyboday want to play with a super hero CHORUS Wendi...saved the circus She told the monster very nicely and in fact very precisely that if he didn't stop she'd wrap him up in the big top Wendi...saved the circus she showed the monster how to play and with that Wendi saved the day! and that is Wendi who saved the circus
