Blue Dragon Children's Foundation is an Australian grassroots charity that reaches out to kids in crisis throughout Vietnam. They aim to break the poverty cycle by offering education and opportunities to those in most need.

One morning, my dad and I went out, and we passed an ice-cream shop. - Dad, I want an ice-cream, could you buy one for me? I said.

We went into the shop and I approached the seller - Can I have an ice-cream please? I was so happy to receive the ice-cream from her.

When my dad took the money out of the pocket to pay he seemed to be worried and I guessed that he didn?t have enough money to pay for the ice-cream. - ?I don?t have enough money today, you give it back to the seller and I?ll buy you an ice cream another time.? He told me.

- I want it. I replied. My dad knew that I was sad so he promised to buy me another one next time.

Suddenly, the seller said: - Hey, you can have it, it?s my gift for you. I felt so happy, thanked her and I really appreciated it. In our life, there are many nice people, so I always try to be better since I learnt it from her. It?s an unforgettable memory.
